About Connected Wellness
A Different Approach to Menopause & Midlife Women’s Health
20 years
of experience
Connected Wellness Center was founded by Kristin Hennessey, a doctorally trained nurse practitioner. She brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience and over a decade of clinical practice in primary care and women’s health. Her work has long centered on supporting women through midlife transitions, an area where symptoms are often complex, interconnected, and not fully addressed in traditional healthcare settings.
A More Complete
Approach to Care
Connected Wellness is built on an integrative model of medicine, combining evidence-based clinical care with holistic, lifestyle-focused strategies that support the whole person.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, care is designed to understand how hormonal shifts, sleep, stress, metabolism, and daily habits interact over time. This approach brings together:
One-on-one clinical support and ongoing guidance
Evidence-informed integrative & holistic treatment strategies
Practical, sustainable lifestyle recommendations tailored to real life
Menopause hormone therapy when appropriate
Weight management support, including GLP-1 medications when clinically indicated
A System Informed by Experience
The foundation of Connected Wellness comes from firsthand experience within the healthcare system, both as a clinician and through observing the limitations many patients face when care is fragmented, rushed, or overly generalized. That perspective shaped a different model: one that prioritizes time, continuity, and individualized attention.
How Care Is Delivered
The approach at Connected Wellness is grounded in three principles:
Respectful care that acknowledges each woman’s lived experience
Clear guidance that helps simplify complex health changes
Collaborative decision-making that keeps patients involved in every step
Care is designed to be ongoing, not transactional, with support that continues beyond individual appointments.
Supporting Women Through Every Stage of Change
Whether navigating menopause, weight changes, sleep disruption, or a sense of feeling out of balance, the focus is on understanding the full picture and creating a plan that is both medically sound and realistically sustainable.
The goal is not just symptom management, but improved quality of life, stability, and long-term health. This is care built around women. This is Connected Wellness.
